The website doesn't allow you to buy anything for less than 10 dollars and when I got to check out, my $10 purchase cost me over $20 because of shipping. Bought and returned shoes from FootSmart. Notified Monday they received returns and would refund money in 2 business days. Called on the 3rd day, was told money was credited it my account, but takes 2 billing cycles to show. Called my bank, no money, payment I made was the same as cash, and atm accounts don't have billing cycles. Do not buy from them if there is a chance you have to return anything. We contacted ChipSpain.com on behalf of our cardholder to report a $776.00 fraud transaction which they were able to find and stop from being shipped to someone in Russia. We worked with a person there to refund the cardholders money since they were able to cancel the order and they never did. This site is about theft. They lead you down the path that you can order a new ss card on line but what you are actually getting is the forms you can get for free at the .gov site. of course you find this out after you have been charged a $19.00 convenience fee + a $10 dollar download fee for adobe reader that is free and comes with most browsers today. this is ok because they offer a 7 day return policy. you get a nice e mail saying you have been refunded with a nice little number to confirm this. when the money is not in your account they blame it on your bank and the circle jerk begins. 6 attempts to get this resolved and no money in sight... read full review »

The universal support that I ordered was defective in that the adjustment straps were sewn at the top of the spacer strap rather than at the bottom as shown in their picture, thus the spacer strap simply hung down flapping freely.
