This site is about theft. We contacted ChipSpain.com on behalf of our cardholder to report a $776.00 fraud transaction which they were able to find and stop from being shipped to someone in Russia. We worked with a person there to refund the cardholders money since they were able to cancel the order and they never did. Bought and returned shoes from FootSmart. Notified Monday they received returns and would refund money in 2 business days. Called on the 3rd day, was told money was credited it my account, but takes 2 billing cycles to show. When I first spoke to my salesperson he seemed very astute and I felt giving him a chance would be great since there wasn't anything to lose. Unfortunately, his support people did little to get us business and we never even received one phone call. The universal support that I ordered was defective in that the adjustment straps were sewn at the top of the spacer strap rather than at the bottom as shown in their picture, thus the spacer strap simply hung down flapping freely. I ordered two pairs of progressive lens prescription glasses, approximately $120 each. They arrived with some sort of embossed symbol on the lenses, within the field of view. Took glasses to Wal Mart optometrist who said lenses were not properly made, took to Costco optometrist who also said lenses were defective. Called great eye glasses customer service. Curt employee informed me that Costco and Wal Mart were wrong and stamp on lenses was normal. That they could not take glasses back. I am out about $240.
