An absolute nightmare. Ordered a pair of Nike Shox over 3 weeks ago. My checking account was charged within a couple of days and yet have never received any shipment information since my order. The site claims that they ship anywhere in the world within 2 weeks and I have still not received my shoes. I have sent two e-mails since inquiring about my order and I have received no response whatsoever. Website went down a few days after placing the order. Website states order will ship within 5 to 7 days after order. 15 days have passed and order was not shipped. Received e-mail 2 days ago with a tracking number for my order from a Chinese carrier. The message said to wait 2 days before checking. 2 days later received another e-mail stating they were out of stock for both items I ordered and to make another 2 or 3 choices. They tell you they can unlock your phone in seconds but they take your money and dont reply until you email them after 24 hours only to be redirected to a website with a formula to unlock your phone but its too complicated and even if you can do it it still doesn't work. Ipod came in Apple Cases. Couldn't change language from Chinese no instructions. Finally found a little info on line...but not on Deal-Cools site to get the language changed. Ipods have Media Player guts but don't work on Windows Media Player. These are the look alike new IPod touch that were so popular around Christmas. Sent back and am having a difficult time getting reimbursed. They have a refund policy but thus far no refund. I have had a really bad experience with this website so feel I should warn other people to avoid it. On the 18 January this year I purchased a phone case from iphonecases4u. The money for the order was taken from my bank on 20th January. It states on their website that the order takes 5-10 working days to deliver. Scammers of many, charge you for $2 fax, then charge $60 to get away from them. They have been doing it for 2 years, time for class action lawsuit. They have F rating at BBB and many complaints at the Texas Attorney Generals Office. A Cisco Valet was bought, worked with one computer, when trying to add another computer, it would not work. It in fact locked us out of other two computers. Called Cisco support, they had me to remove Quicktime, said I would need to reload later. Internet worked but when trying to access Quicktime, it is not compatable. Another call to Cisco, went through worker who said they were not trained in Quicktime but they could but me in touch with provider who could walk me through a solution to my problem for 32.95. They do not tell you upfront that they are going to charge you $159.00 for bidding. When you contact this company they tell you that the notification "pops up" before you hit "okay". I ordered $600 worth of traffic, when I found out it was fake computer generated traffic rather then real people, I stoped my campaign and asked for a refund. Total ammount owed back to me over $400. I have tried to contact them for months with no response until this morning. This was another poor experience buying furniture from Costco. I disaster. I am very good with tools, have even done contractor work and this is just terrible. The chairs do not go together at all, it took tie downs to BEND the rib frame in a way that you can TRY to get a screw in the hole. I just checked my checking account and found that a $1000 has been taken from my savings account. Feb 17th I recieved a call from this company to recheck my computer. I had this done about a month ago. He asked if I recieved my $35 back from before and I told him no. He took control of my computer and went to the Western Union site and said that was how I was going to get my money back. I had 6 things on my statement. I called Western Union and they told me I would get some money back, which I did get $300. I saw a link to a free download ringtone, so I followed the link to a webpage, where I was asked to enter my cell phone number. I did accordingly. Then I got the page about how much it costs to download a ringtone. At that point, I learned that the so called "free ringtone" is only a teaser to get my money, so I didn't download anything, and left that webpage right away. After closing my mylife.com acct 4 months ago i receive a charge for 19.98 plus 34.00 overdraft to my bank acct. they stated i approved this charge.
