This individual contacts you from New Zealand to purchase your vehicle then uses false claims to recoup so called 'losses' incured from the seller and shipping company(s) during purchase. I purchased a programme called "Google Profit Tree". I was given free trials to "fraudprotectionresources.com" and "preventmyidtheft.com. They have since gone on to charge me $6.95USD and $9.95 USD. Also, I have a charge for a GOOGLE Success Kit which I have no idea what it is for. I cannot put words on here to describe these idiots that do this to people. Three years ago I used cyber defender. They charged my credit card which was fine. I have since got a new computer and didnt use the cyber defender, never renewed and since my email changed never received any renewal advice. they charged my card again for another years use (of which I never got) I complained to the credit card company They reveresed the charge and said I had to contact the company and cancel the subscription(of which I didnt know I had) I replied that my card was expiring and so they couldnt charge me again. I signed a 12 months contract for gym memebership. After 12 months I expected to relapse and the direct debits to stop. The contract was meant to finish on the 16 of February, but to my surprize Configure Express still charged me.
When I called them they indicated a clause on the back of the contract which says I have to contact them in order to cease the contract and give them 30 days notice.

Enrolled with Ashworth university/college. Air conditioning course. I paid in full $750.00 My course information was never recieved, I recieved a paperback book after 3 months, and started my lessons, I completed four lessons which were so basic and basically a repeat of the book I recieved, I cannot get a response from the college, I am so frustrated, I can no longer access the lessons page because my learning period has probably expired, It is a year now, I simply cannot get progress onto part two of the course.

I purchased two Compaq Preario Laptops. I submitted the required details for the cashback offer and received back from them two emails detailing that my two cashbacks would be paid on 29-Jan-2009 and 24-Feb-2009.
It is now 12-Feb-2009 and I still have not received my first cashback. I have tried to contact compaq promotions and have not been able to get through to them, so I have left messages with them with full contact details. They have not returned my calls. read full review »

I purchased a compaq Notebook in Sept 2008 from Dick Smiths in Palmerston North, I went ahead and filled out all the relevent on line information along with purchase recieps Bank account details etc which were asked for. This was not an easy process It took nearly an hour to find the right site. Vadafone Account 200 free minute option. Calls are free on public holidays and after 7pm, provided you have sufficient minutes left on your account, this I had. However, I was billed $37.41 and two lots of $0.88 on January 1, 2009, calls that should have been free. It means that Vodafone will debit my bank account for this amount on Feb 5 . This company is bullshit. I signed up for best mate, and used to be sent a message about when I need to up my balance for Best Mate to roll over. Now they expect you to know ehen the service expires. If you dont realise it has, you just go onto the regular calling network again. Even if you put money on.
