Only two days ago I was informed through email that I won a Nokia N95 and 95,000 pounds sterlings. I was curious what this would lead to so I replied to them. They asked me to fill up the Claims Form and finally to choose the payment option for delivery of what I won just as detailed by others. Of course, I don't intend to send any money; but just as I thought, they request for checks or payment for the winning prize delivery. If one sends 200 pounds or more and if a thousand people get victimized, how much total have they accumulated through Internet scam? It only looks like it’s “charging” when your battery is not yet totally empty. But during that process, your battery will eventually drain out... and... when you try to re-charge it... it never does... and you don't hear the usual “beep” that you hear on a “working” n80i. I renewed the subscription for the 2008 version. I have been having problems with the spamtool and their tech support has been giving me the run around since Oct.4, 2007. What few emails I get from them, they keep giving me the same solution to try. They tell me to send them a file report and I do and I never hear anything from them. I don't know if their getting the mail because of the problems I'm having with outgoing mail when using the spamtool. I told them I will not be renewing the subscription on Oct 2008. I never had a problem with their support when I had problems with the 2007 version of their product. read full review »

I bought a brand new Samsung slim fit 21inch TV last July. But less than a month the TV got busted. Its not showing any pictures at all. Got fixed for awhile but after a month the issue persist. Arranged for a service Tech but after a day the same issue occur. Service Tech was scheduled again but after a day the issue keeps on occurring. I can't believe Samsung Product are like this, and to think less than a month the unit got busted. Its so ridiculous! I don't think its a good idea to buy Samsung TV. read full review »

It is almost ten years that I have not received my monthly statement of account from this card company and honestly I cannot remember anymore that I had still outstanding bill with them. This month November 2007, I received a legal action letter from this Ramos & Thelmo Law Firm telling me of my failure and refusal to pay the amount of Php 419,649.07 as of November 2006 which is long overdue and demandable. From the beginning, Coke has made it almost impossible to acquire points for their "My Coke Rewards" Promotion. The web site is hard to navigate (primary smoke screen to keep you from inputing codes for points), the ccodes are hard to read and it takes musch time to discern before being credited with points, then once you've gather enough points they remove the item you were trying to redeem your points for. I booked two tickets with PAL well in advance of my trip to Manila. Three weeks before my flight I was contacted and told that they are no longer going to be operating out of my location. I was told that I should receive my refund in a month. This was very frustrating as I had to book two more tickets with another airline with short notice and even less funds. I am not a rich person. Paying for a total of four tickets because of someone else's poor planning is very frustrating. Also, my refund was credited to my account three (3!) months later! We Flew (my son Felipe Villegas Acosta) in from ATL to SJO via Ft Lauderdale. My flight # 231 departed from ATL to Ft Lauderdale late, therefore we lost the 338 flight into SJO. We had to wait around 10 hours for the next flight into San Jose, Costa Rica (#336). People at Spirit Airlines in Costa Rica are very nice, however I need my bag, my families new clothing is in that Bag, none seem to be able to tell me at least where the bag and when will we get it! 3-story house that has water supply but their water meter is not working the way it should be. They attached something to their water meter so the reading will become fixed. They can easily "pull the supply line from their water meter" every time they use water. I just want to ask your help on what to do in my case, i am a tourist here from the philippines, last sunday (10-08-2006) I bought a a game boy amounting to $157 at lucky plaza Orchard and i just found out from another store that the real amount of the product is only $70 to $80 sin. I ask several store for verification and i found the same range of price.
