This is the story: I was working in Guinea-Bissau with my family as consultant and my wife had to be evaquated because she was pregnant and her waters came while she was 6 months pregnant. Inbrief misselling of properties, untruths on rentals, mortgages, starter packs and size of apartments. Taking deposits and offering very little after sales service, unless you paid again for their aftersales, which I was told was also non existent. Sales staff left on a regular basis and queries were never followed up or passed onto collegues. Introduced us to supossedly independant lawyers who were not independant and whom we did no believe were working in our best interests. Three days agao I had a charge show up on my credit card for $1.00 from a company named Lalibco.com Portugal NDL. Not knowing what this was for or what this company did, I looked them up on Google and found that they are some sort of Internet Tech/Service company but the site was very vague. I decided to contact Lalibco from one of their support numbers and was greeted by a "hello" from some guy with a heavy accent - no company name or anything. I try to talk to manager Marilyn in Holbrook regarding my MRI's for neck & back. She was outside the center holding a baby in her arms rudely told me not to talk to her because the baby would cry. She told me the baby belonged to a member & was very upset. I approached her again when I couldn't get satisfaction inside the center & again she yelled at me & told me not to come near her. My credit card is being charged by recurring subscriptions that I have never used and that I am not aware of what they are. When accessing this site cancellation form, I am requested to enter at least three fields, two being the User Name and the Password, which I don't know. Therefore, I cannot proceed to cancel the susbscription. As I am not willing to pay for something I don't use or have authorized, I am posting this complaint. I noticed a charge on my bank account that I know I did not make. After using Google to learn more about the company (LALIBCO) I learned this is a site associated with pornography, based out of Portugal. Their website is very generic and doesn't explain who they are or anything of the nature, however they do have a form to fill out if you feel you've been wrongly charged.
