I paid postage for a free trial of Acai Berry Diet Supplement. They then charged my account on four seperate occasions for $144.00. Fraudulently taking a total of $576.00 plus having to pay the fees for currency conversion. I immediately contacted my bank to close my account which they did. I was called by the collection team about a resolve loan which was suggested to me by barclays team. They told me to stay within my limit for two months then I will be elligible for a resolve loan which they did. On the 10 th June this year this company removed £49.99 from my bank account via direct debit.This was unauthorised and should have been £6.50. The company have now cut off the phone and do not reply to my letters.The money has not been paid back.
