Thursday 20th August, 2009 - Chiswick, London 93 flights before 7am. Thats more than one a minute as of 4h42 when i was woken up yet again. This is not right to disturb millions of habitants like this. I have contacted the company without much success and their last email the status was closed. I wil not accept this and will carry on fighting to get a refund. They have a completely rubbish service and even worse call support. They keep charging you from your balance, it keeps getting lower even if you have not made any calls for days altogether. I bought it online for 5pounds and in totality I must have made a call of just 1.5 pounds in total and when i just checked the balance after a few days it went down to just 2 pounds n something. As if I would forget to tell them my car and give other details instead!!! I had to pay for the parts to be sent back and now they will not issue a refund. The company sent me the wrong size of an item for my horse. When I contacted them, they instructed me to return the item to them for an exchange.
