I registered a complaint on this board last week, and the list of complaints against VIV3 Lab grows daily. I noticed one comment from Sandra saying we need to join together to put them out of business, so I contacted Sandra and said 'Count me in'. So there is now a web site tlcinvestigations.co.uk that she has set up, I have been in touch with Watchdog. Take a look at the web site, it has Sandra's story on it which is the same, almost word for word, as mine and really good advise on how to go about cancelling your account and getting a refund.

I sent off for the free trial as I wanted to lose weight before a wedding.I received Acai berry capsules and colon cleanse capsules but they gave me griping stomach ache, so I stopped taking them.Because I went on holiday I stupidly forgot to cancel my order, only to come back to my credit card statement which shows 4 debits of $118.63 (nearly £300 sterling).I phoned to cancel the order and ask if I could return the delivery for a refund, and why if it was a free trial was I charged nearly £150?The girl at the end of the phone... read full review »

just like many of you poor customers i have also been robbed by viv3 lab. i spoke to an advisor who told me in a very rude manner that she as cancelled my products then put the phone down on me. so i am no wiser weather or not if they are still going to take money out of my bank account. A Tshirt company that takes your order, bills your credit card and never sends you the goods. Tried to ring them but never any answer and the voicemail is ALWAYS full. As is their email inbox so the emails you send to them are pinged back at you.
The only recourse is to snail mail them and that is to a PO box address.

Debit card details were needed for shipping charges. 3 weeks later the sum of £74 was taken using the debit card for products which were not ordered and also have not been received. I recently moved to spain and used a well known british removal company. This company sold me the option of export wrapp my things and they would take particular care of our belongings, especially furniture. Looking after the customer was their strength

A mattress only, cost me a huge sum of £1200.00 ( could have had a new base and headboard and mattress of some other brand. This company certainly is a fraud and scam business. I have placed 2 orders, one is on 19/06/2009 order number #981554, and the other order is #1069953. After submitting the orders, they always sent a message to ask me to call an international number for some verification. It turned out that's a fake number, the number never went thru.
