Ordered a 24 rose valentine Bouquet Deluxe which cost £35. Picture showed big arrangement. Although it arrived at my girlfriends work on time I was so embarressed. She received 2 x bunches of 10 roses. No arrangment just in celofan. No card i asked for. When i complained they said it was valentines period, thats all you get. We had a new gas central heating system fitted in September 2008, comprising of a combi boiler, and seven radiators. Whilst the workmen were removing one of the old radiators, dirty rusty water leaked from the said radiator landing on top of our brand new wooden dining room table, which seats 8 adults. I agree with many others on here, , when you become a standard member you get all the winks and messages from gold members, whose photos could have come from a magazine shoot (and probably did), even though they know as a standard member you cannot email back unless you join, they never leave a email address for you. Norton have automatically taken payment £68.04 from my credit card without my authorisation. They sate this is for antivirus software but I do not require this renewal and nolonger have the computer for which I originally purchased the software. I was asked to fill in a survey and give my mobile phone no. and details. When filling out the survey it asks many questions and goes on to say just one more page. we bought 12 rolls of wallpaper from laura ashley and also paste as advised. we had this hung by a profesional decorater.and the next morning it had shrunk and was falling from the walls. the instuctions were followed to a tee . We sent samples to laura ashley for testing who after 5-6 weeks and several unreturned phone calls said it was not there fault and would not take any responsability. this has cost us a fortune and they did not even offer a good will gesture. I don't know how 'Full Capital Affairs' even got hold of my details; but they have passed them on to hundreds of e-mail spammers. From Tesco, Argos & Ikea to bloddy Russian Brides. There 'un-subscribe' link is at the bottom of them all; but it always comes back as an error, fault or cannot change banner - whatever that means. I get over 250 spams from them EVERY day.
