Itunes is for the most part an excellent programme that works well and has high quality with a nice user interface, however there are several parts of it that are simply design flaws and are ranging from slightly irritating to genuinely infuriating. Lion Resorts is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. The staff were rude, patronising, unhelpful and completely ruined our holiday, which was our wedding and honeymoon. I have recently had my computer repaired when the problem was diagnosed. The technician explained the fault was due to my internet protection (MacAfee). The informed me that this was a problem that occurred within the company itself in that they accidently downloaded virus onto the website. He then informed me that anyone trying to update their computer with MacAfee would receive it also. As someone else is mentioning here in another complaint to this scam company, different people in different forums are receiving the same email from these companies asking to remove posts or they will take legal actions. Forums are free and everyone said it is true, they are threatening people, which in my opinion it is illegal.
