I am wondering if you can help me. I bought a Rococco Chanderlier on the 3/10/2009 from newlightingdirect.co.uk costing 174.57 sterling paid via pay pal. As the light did not arrive within the 2-4 weeks, I requesting a refund on the 8th dec 2009 and still awaiting even though i have e-mailed them a dozen times. I recently filed in an online enquiry about loans. Following this many companies contacted me on my mobile. A comppany called FLM loans contacted me several times both by phone and mail offering me a loan. They asked for bank details, for direct debit and card details and a copy of my payslip. I rented a van in June 2009 and an additional 1000.00 GBP was charged to my visa as security. I returned the van without a scratch on it and with a full tank of fuel. I have still not been refunded the 1000.00 back to my visa - it is now March 2010!!! Do not rent a vehicle from these people unless you dont need your deposit back. I ordered the rare ghdS roughly 3 months ago and today when I plugged them in to heat up they began to burn, then flames appeared and the ouside melted and the metal plate was hanging off. I ordered a sewing machine (Pfaff Coverlock 3.00) from an internet shop www.sewingmachines.co.uk and paid the invoice on time. The package was delivered on 9.02.2010. The problem is that the package did not include one item and namely Pfaff Overlocker Elastic Foot. It was written on the delivery note that this item will be delivered later. Till this time (20.03.2010), however, the item has not been delivered and what is even worse I did not get any information about the term of delivery. I bought an injector from these guys Auto Dismantlers, based in Lock Street Dewsbury.The injector was faulty and the guy would only offer me a credit note.They are scammers who will not refund you for faulty parts once they have your money.They told me that there was no mark on the injector i returned and this is correct.What they don't realise is that the injector on the Audi A3 diesels sits inside the rocker cover which is full of oil and also in contact with diesel so the "TIPEX" they put on comes off.
