Routes 360 and 362 - timetables changed with no warning. Also timetable incorrect. states 360 goes to Sheppey Hospital when in fact it is 362. Cannot understand why times have been changed, its worked perfectly well for at least 25 years. Has someone in the office got nothing to do. This company starting debiting $26.00 and $27.00 from my bank account back in July 2009. I did not sign up for this service. When I finally contacted this company, they had no inormation on me accept my debit card number. They did not have my name address or any account information, but the still debited my bank account. I bought my Hewlett Packard Photosmart printer C4580 from Currys on the 21 st August and everytime it prints the paper jambs. I took it back to them and I asked for my money back but they said they could not do this as it was outside the 28 day guarantee but i said there was years warrnaty. In an attempt to reduce our phone bill we switched to the Talk Anytime Bundle package 200 which includes all the 0845 type numbers and mobile calls which seem to fall outsite of our existing package and usually add £10-15 on our bill.
