One of my biggest mistakes of my life. Very poor product quality which I was not aware of until I used it. I bought a Sofa and a Chair for over a $1000 which I soon realized it was a big mistake . I own a 2000 Mercury Villager Estate. The Estate having been the top of the line for that van with all the extra bells and whistles. We booked the Sheraton Tempe Hotel in Tempe Arizona. Guest Relations were great. The rooms were ok. It is an older hotel and carpet needs replacing, otherwise very nice. This morning at 4 am, the ceiling in our room started leaking. It was started showing stress fractures going in most directions of the room. We felt the need to evacuate immediately.
