As previously - they say that something is in stock; take your money and then say that it's not in stock. They claim that this is because their stock is updated twice daily. Absolutely no customer service, if you place an order it is billed fourth party. All contact information given is false. Beware of incomplete websites...and...misleading charges for websites that are not complete when advertised "as complete". I bought a canon battery grip for the canon 5d mark 2 and noticed after a few weeks that the plastic gear inside the grip broke, yes, canon installs a plastic gear which drives a metal gear, needless to say after x amount of tightening and loosening the plastic gear strips.
