I have bought 2 pairs of sunglasses after I received an email from their customer service saying they are 100% authentic. They are ABSOLUTELY FAKE, even the hardcase is fake. I can't return them although they claim you can! they are made in China. I learned my lesson and next buy I'll go to the store and pay more but at least I know I have an authentic pair. read full review »

Had ordered two purses, thinking they were Coach purses and they aren't Coach confirmed they have no outlet stores online. So I cancelled the order within 24 hours and they are now telling me they will be charging me a 15% Credit Card Handling fee, which is not in writing at all on the website. The only thing posted is that they charge a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Now I am having to dispute the charges and hopefully get my money back. Don't use this website. read full review »

This website has ABSOLUTELY FAKE Coach handbags. From the uneven stiching to the off center logos on the tags, these are very fake. They have horrible customer service with answering any questions regarding your purchase and conveniently avoid answering the questions that have been asked when they finally get around to writing you back. DO NOT order from this site unless you want to have a fake handbag at a pretty costly price. read full review »

Citymax is not worth it as a shopping cart due to monthly fees - We used citymax shopping cart to sell products onlines. Although it was going okay in the beginning but after a while I started facing problems.First was that it did not allow to build the site locally that meant that we had to go online for every minor change we had to make in the site. They also did not differ between development and release page so the page is live online. We switched because we also didn't like the $20 per month fee.
