I attempted to purchase an item. After two weeks of waiting for my order in the mail, I emailed them and found that they were sold out of the item. They offered that I could purchase another item. I did and waited another week for my purchase. Then they emailed me again today saying that item was sold out too. I was finally feed up with them and demanded a refund. They better reply back soon and refund me my money or they will be hearing from my lawyers. I would not trust this site. It will just take you on a rollercoaster ride. read full review »

Freightpad.com ripped me off!! I paid to have my vending machine shipped by Shannon Steede and even bought his crappy "insurance". Needless to say my unit was destroyed and his insurance is USELESS. I checked into World Cargo Insurance, it is a business he made up out of the air that he works out of his garage! Freight pad is the same deal, he has no business license to operate. When I got my credit card statement he billed be another $397.40 for "drayage" as he called it without my prior knowledge. Shannon, Freightpad and... read full review »

I purchased some "black" Lanvin flats from this website. When they arrived they were NAVY. When I contacted the "customer service" department they said I could exchange them, but would not give ANY address information re: where to send the exchange (the return address label on the original package was in CHINESE). I made NUMEROUS attempts to e-mail them, tried the "toll free" international number (which is not in service), and even tried the rarely functioning "online chat" to get this resolved. I finally got a... read full review »

This person - Rachel Holmes - takes your money for access to her article library on C2Go. Many, many of the articles you pay for are copied from other websites which offer FREE access to these articles. Rachel Holmes does not inform us of this availability yet she regards herself as a 'professional'!! This should be exposed and we should all ask for our money back. This was the most frustrating on-line buying experience I've ever had.Our home refrigerator died on Sept 5 and we ordered a replacement on Sept 6. - I purchased the refrigerator on Sept 6, it finally arrived Oct 11. My family had to contend with living without a refrigerator for 35 days. This was unacceptable. - I received several emails confirming an Oct 6, 8-12 delivery date and time. I just wanted to issue a warning to people who may be looking to purchase ugg boots. My daughters boyfriend went on to www.chooseboot.com to buy ugg boots. They advertise as the genuine article. Believe me that they are not. When the boots arrived in the UK there authenticity was investigated by HM Customs and they were found to be fake. UGG boots made in China. I attempted to contact the company and inform them and ask for a refund and they are refusing to comply. If you look on there webpage they look ok but believe me they are not the genuine article. It clearly says on the box, "easy-to-handle fondant" and "Rich Flavor of homemade rolled fondant". This is misleading advertising: 1.
