Such negative experience that I was crying at deadline because of whole mess of paper that writer sent me- kept receiving paper without changes I asked for. Do not purchase any literature from this site. They make up there own documents and put the model number on each page. Paypal does not honer the guarantee because the merchandise was delivered. Paypal is only protection if your seller is listed with ebay. This vender would not return any calls or emails to myself or paypal. I ordered three items from North Style in August. One item came to me a week later. We are now coming onto the fourth week-and the other two items (the most expensive) have not yet arrived. When I spoke to North Style, they stated that it would take 10 days to get from Boston (where they are located) to DC (the area where I lived). When I pointed out that it had been 20 days, they were very dismissive. I have been coming to this place for years. I recently had a routine oil change and then they damaged my car. I won't get into any details but let's just say there is now thousands of $$$ (5, 600) in repairs needed to my car as a result of their negligence. This Tri-Star company sent a rep to our door and offered us an extended warranty on our Vortech Vacuum. We took it because our machine is older and they said they would send us a new special filter and 48 bags. It cost us $295 and 8 months later, our vacuum is now completely broken, and we never have received the bags. I called them 3 months ago and it took WEEKS to return my call. They promised to send me a belt and never did. I have called them 3 times in the past 4 weeks, and they have yet to return my call.
