We purchased a 2007 Cadillac CTS on Sept. 21, 2009, as a second owner. January 17, 2011 we took the vehicle to trade it in. I visited the houreyes location in alexandria, va. I felt the associate was too pushy. It was as if he was giving me the high priced glasses. The name of the store is also misleading. Purchased a Kershaw Chill at my local sporting goods store. Really liked the design, opening system, blade shape and weight. However, after three weeks of handling, the blade is already showing signs of surface RUST along the entire length of the blade! This knife was never used to cut anything but paper. Like many Kershaw knives, the blade is made from 8CR13MOV steel with a bead blasted finish. I have already returned the knife for a full reimbursement. Never before had I been this much let down and lied to by an airline. I will avoid Frontier Airlines/US Airways like a plague.
