This company attached its antivirus / spyware program as an addware to a download. I did not authorize it as an add on but it download anyway. Once downloaded it locks up the computer and blocks all access to other programs until you imput a credit card number and authorize payment. they also charged additional fees that were not authorized. there was a 30 day money back guarantee if you canceled within the first 30 days. I called Zducts Inc to get my air ducts cleaned for $40. The technician came out and said i had holes in the ducts and they would rip if they cleaned them and that i need to replace all the duct work. This antivirus product does not exist. They put a trojan virus on your computer and make you buy their product for $50 unless you reboot and do a system restore. They then send download links that don't exist and freeze up the machine, so you have to do a reboot and system restore.
