My 2004 Dodge Diesel pickup’s transmission failed on Nov. 9th, 2009 in Colorado Springs. I had made arrangments with Elite Diesel in Pueblo that my truck could get done in a timley matter, being that i needed to get back to California. They changed terms once they were agreed to by raising the rates which we had in writing, adding fees we were not told of in advance and not returning calls about any of these issues. I have Devics disease and I am in and out of the hospital due to the damage to my spine which causes me to lose all use of my legs. I rented car from this company twice this year, both time I got old and beat up car one is 55, 000 miles and the second one is 45, 000 miles and full of problems like remote does't work, tire leaking air, odd noise, rattling... This involving my 2009 Federal Tax Return. I used Turbotax to file the return. My refund was scheduled to be released to TurboTax on the 10th of February. TurboTax received the funds on the 12th of February. The refund was to be released from Santa Barber Tax Group on the 16th. On 01/29/10 I took my car to this shop to have my upper and lower ball joint replaced. I always found it easier to save payment information with different creditors so that in in just a click or two my payment is made! However, NEVER do this with target. This company offers to deliver prints of passport photos through your local Walgreens store, and actually violates Walgreens company policy in the process.
