Called Surewest customer service to see if I could cancel my internet which only has 3 1/2 months left and pick up their cable tv since their internet service is worse than dial up and having a tech come out is useless. Tried and after 4 years of putting up and paying for lousy internet I wanted to cancel. I went to a great tire store in metro-Detroit to have them tell me a Goodyear, top of the line, tire tread is seperating from the case. Do NOT use Linda Schumacher to rent your vacation home at Kismet. She might leave you a cute 'welcome package' but, she will make your summer miserable. She will closely monitor your stay. She does not return phone calls for legitimate issues regarding your lease and the house and will become obsessed about insignificant details. Placed an order for a fishing related item. The Company successfully charged my credit card in March, apparently shipped the product in March by FEDEX to the Post Office who then lost it. The NAFC now claims that the credit card was declined (not confirmed as of May 31st) aand refuse to replace the product. Online searches indicate that my placing an order with NAFC was ill advised.
