I had a horrible experience dealing with Electrobrands. After ordering an Olympus 8000 camera through their company, I never heard anything back. I contacted the company, and was told the item was on backorder, and they had no idea when they would receive more. I ordered FlexProtex D for a friend that thought it would help with their joint issues. Never received the product when I called them and reached them, they told me since I ordered it online I could not go through the phone customer service as they had no access to my order info. I attempted to contact them by email and have never received any type of response or product. I received a letter saying that I was recognized as one of the top students in America. I thought of this as a great honor and filled out the information needed online. My mom and dad ordered a book and a plaque recognizing me as a top student. The book has all of the nominees from 2009. The plaque says ____________ is recognized as __________. For years I have been a loyal customer. L. L. Been has let me down. For instance for the past few purchases of polos, the sleeves are so short that it is uncomfortable to wear with a sweater because the sleeves keep "Riding up". Please be warned about this business! I am in Miami and found them on line. I wanted to get my white wedding slip dyed blue and they claimed to have great results with all types of fabrics. I mailed the slip in November to them stressing that I would need it by January for my wedding and waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing. So I called them and the women on the phone was very rude and told that it was being done that day (Thursday) and if it dried they would send it out the next day (Friday). I bought this product to back up my kids DVD game for Wii, so that they could play the copy versions and keep originals in good shape. It was money back guaranteed to work. I tried it out, had massive problems and requested my refund the same day. That was almost 4 months ago. I have sent many emails, and had one Customer Service Rep email me back that it was an over site that I didn't get my refund the first month, I thanked them for the info and have heard nothing since.
