Company "fixed" a recalled part of my refrigerator. Since then the fridge doesn't work correctly. Every 4-6 weeks it stops working, and I lose whatever food I have in freezer and fridge. By now it's a few hundreds worth, plus all the pain and hassle to defrost it before it starts again. The Maytag company refuse to take responsibilty for it. Easter Sunday became the day of shopping spree with my sister. I entered the BP Gas Station to buy cigarettes and gas using a BP Gift Card. The clerk, Adib, said the card was invalid. I called the 800 number on the back and received confirmation that the card was indeed valid and full. Adib then said that regardless of what customer service said, he could not serve me. I signed up based on the promise of help to get started. When no one had contacted me and I was still within the right to cancel period, I called and cancelled. I mailed my materials as requested and they acknowledge logging the packing in on 7/17/09. Since then I have been waiting for a refund. Patrick promised many times that the refund was being processed. Since 10/27/09 I have left many messages in response to their message that they will get back to me but I have received no call back. Every year many people turn to HREO.com to find properties in the Hamptons. The site to say the least is a joke, slow, bad set up and ugly. But, it is the only site that has all the listings. The annoying part though is that these brokers leave outdated or unavailable properties on the website. After nearly two years of patronage, during which our dry cleaning bills exceeded more than $200 a month, East Bay Dry Cleaner wrecked a black camel hair sports jacket by (their admission) "pressing instead of rolling" the garmet. The lapels were mis-shapen, the colar spoiled and the nap of the material pressed so hard it was completly flat. I ordered a couple of parts from the NYCEwheels.com website. A few days later I was notified that my parts were both on back-order. I was given the chance to cancel but decided to just wait the additional 2 weeks or so. Later I learned, however, that my order was just canceled by the company with no further notification to me. I sent an email, no reply. I called and the phone person said they decided to not carry those parts any more. They did release my PayPal funds so no big deal except my bike is broke down and goofing with NYCEwheels added weeks of wasted time. A coworker and I thought the employee sent by Indicon to our facility was an ok guy at first. He complained about sent out of town since November and missing thanksgiving with his family. On March 1, 2008, I placed a down payment on a 1998 Subaru Forester with Loan Officer – Tisha. Unfortunately, SS Auto was unable to provide an interest rate and the bank would not loan the money unless I purchased an extended warranty which I did not ask for nor did I want. I was scammed by the Natural Source Store. When I saw the ad for teeth whitener, it said that it was for a 14 day risk free trial. All I had to pay was shipping and handling, so I ordered. I received the product on the 13th day after I placed the order. Then on the 15th day they charged my account $78.95, claiming that I didn't cancel my membership within the 14-day trial period. I paid for an item on their website and a few minutes later someone replies in an email and says, "I have no idea what this item is that you just ordered." HOWEVER, THE ITEM IS CLEARLY LISTED FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE! The person then refunds "most" of my money back to my paypal account except for $6.00, and they only say in the email, "Sorry you lost $5.00", which shows that they can't even do simple math correctly. Smart Subs is a drop-shipper - when you place your order, they then order your item from another retailer, typically an Amazon seller, then it comes from that source.
