I keep getting phone calls for another individual, whom I do not know and never heard of til the calls started. I have contacted the company at the given number - 877-247-2146 and asked to be removed from their call list. The response has been - "you have been removed" BUT I still get the calls.
This has been going on for 2 weeks and number they are calling is my internal work number. Now the calls are coming in with no message - just a hang up. They show on my phone as a "missed call" . When I do reach an associate, they ID themselves as CRA. I had to research to find their corporate name. How can I stop these calls? read full review »

Attorney Woodcock was recommended to me as an advocate for women in divorce cases. This could not have been further from the truth. I enrolled in Kaplan on May, 28, 2009, started my class on June, 10, 2009. I have a B+, above average and 3.30 GPA. I know that I suppose to receive a disbusement every term as long as my grades are above a C average. Well any way every time it is time for my stipend to be sent out they seem to have a problem with my vertification. Since may it has been har d to talk to my finanical advisor and the only time she get in touch is when I call and complain. I did sign up with Realty Trac for the discounted 7 day trial and cancelled in the same day via their instructions because the information that was given was the same that I found on my own. After the 7 days, I was charged the full price. I called and spoke to a customer service representative, who insured me that I would no longer have an account with Realty Trac which was almost a month ago. Paliani Consulting offers education services to enhance your life. They do provide these services; however, they run with a skeleton crew & outsource most of their services. They then do not pay these vendors who provide the services that bring the students into the classrooms. My husband did an online loan application. Nowhere in the application fine print did it say there were third party strings attached or that our personal banking info would be forwarded to such companies. The loan originator, CashNetUsa.com, as well as its subsidiary will be pursued legally for such illegal fraudulaunt handling of our personal banking info. Horrific service experience on 7/3/09 to Roto Lincoln Mercury:
Bottom Line: They charged me $300 for an entire day of work where they did "diagnostics, " fixed nothing, and sent me on my way in a car that wasn't safe to drive. I believe they intentionally didn't fix a valve body gasket problem in my transmission so that I would have to bring it back a few days later and spend $3500 on a new transmission (instead of $500 or so to fix it in the first place).
