They correct it after I tell them that I am going to contact the public service commission. They promise that over billing will not happen again and that I can trust them. This company first placed unauthorized charges of $9.99 a month for three months before I got it removed. My Cell phone carrier removed the charges each time I complained and we finally got it stopped. Then the complaint I placed was posted, but MY phone number was listed as THEIR BUSINESS CONTACT. That is BS!!! I hope this complaint I am placing now along with a number to them (which I have not got a person) will get people to stop calling me about the charges. I cannot remove the charges. The teacher my daughter had lacked understanding of young children and did not seem to care how she felt about anything. They work them too hard and there is nothing fun. Today morning (04/09/09) at around 8:55 AM I have experienced the same when commuting to the office. I was at Sion railway station, LBS Marg, towards Dharavi bus depot. California Water Service Company took over Skyline Water about 3 months ago. I have lived here for over 20 years and in that time I have not experienced a single unplanned water shut down. In the 3 months California Water Service Company has been in charge I have experienced 3 unplanned, unnotified shut downs.
