Due to a job change we have AVMED, I went to the pharmacy to renew a prescription and AVMED refused to cover it. They say I need a form filled out by the doctor. I have run out of the medicine and in pain. I called AVMED and asked for help and what I should do. They recomended I go to the ER. It is insane to not authorize a needed prescription, to contain costs, then recomend the ER which will be thousands of dollars. Likewise my condition is worsening which may infact cost more. I had given Krista approx $5000 for 3 nights stay in this home at that time she also referred to the estate as "Casa Scott". This home looked fantastic on the website. 55, 000 galloon lagoon pool, open floor plan etc... I ordered four pairs of shoes at A2zshoes.com on August 2nd, and received two of them a week later. When you look at the shoes outside and inside there is no way the shoes are authentic. No birth date of either pair of shoes, the green paint is scattered on the surface of the shoe and on the bottom. We booked a trip to New York City through Expedia. As an 81 year old computer novice somehow I double booked including Hampton Inn. Not where we will stay. Front desk manager Frank Cortese refuses to offer any relief for us. Probably he is following the RULES!. Most likely my own fault but we have saved for this trip for a long time and now if we have to pay for a room we won't use our trip is totally spoiled.
