No order acknowledgment recieved no shipping documentation recieved told item had not shipped then when I asked to cancel because of poor business practices was told they could not cancel because the item shipped. Asked for proof of shipment told me they could not because items ship via common carrier. Screamed and yelled at me and blamed the bad customer service on me the customer. Really bad experience. I ordered a CD to find Government Grants. The advertizement indicated that the CD was free and the only thing i had to pay for was the $1.98 S/H charge. I now have an additional 2 charges of $3.77, and $69.95. I called and spoke with a Ms Rovie (who could barely speak english and she advised that since I have already received the CD they could not refund my money but would stop my "Membership" and no futher charges will be made to my account. Be prepared to be on hold for at least an hour. I've spent over 4 hours making calls to them to resolve and issue. Repeated e-mails have gone unanswered. If you get hurt and need to contact them, forget about it. The only thing that works is the automated number that takes your money. They're ridiculous and deserve to go bankrupt. Beware...They try to mislead the comsumer. They may brag about authenticity, but what I received was a very FAKE, CHEAP jersey (didn't even have team name or logo on it). Apparently all they guarantee is the signature...NOT the entire item. Shouldn't they state that? Even the signature is questionable. No recourse at all. They refuse to be reasonable. If you need CD or DVD duplication, do yourself a favor and avoid Action Duplication in Conshohocken, PA. They totally ruined my CD project. Not only were they very expensive (I found out I could have had my job done for less than half the price at a different CD company) but they also nickel and dimed me for every little thing. In addition the printing on my CDs was terrible and the company refused to make it right. And then they somehow managed to ship my CDs to the wrong location. We purchased a boilermate wh-7 41 gallon tank for our in floor heating unit in 2001. Since then we have had to replace the smart control unit three times. now we are looking at other options to replace the tank because we are concerned that replacing the smart control again will not be very smart. Never buy a 3rd party auto warranty for your used car. The big 3 offer aftermarket warranties for their cars and they cost more, but there is a reason. I just had my Ford transmission go at only 10K into the warranty with Amerigard and while they aggreed that the tranmission had to be replaced, they have a cap (in section IV on the warranty) of $2000 no matter what it costs. I rec msg on tv screen that the lamp was nearing the end of its life. We called Norman's for service. The repair man, Tom, came out and replaced the lamp. When he tested the tv, the tv came on and then immediately cut off. He worked on it a few more minutes. After which, he ran the tv for a few minutes and told me if it happened again to call him. Purchased LG refrigerator in 2007 and have had repeated problems with it overheating. On 8/6/2009 I discovered that it was starting to burn the area around the interior light bulbs. From this, I realized that the interior bulbs were staying lit even when the doors to the refrigerator were closed. All of the food in the fridge was hot and if I had not been home, the fridge would have caught on fire because the area around the light bulbs is black.
