I ordered shoes from Finish Line and the clerk at the store entered the incorrect shipping zip code. While tracking my package I discovered the error. I contacted their customer service and was basically told I was out of luck. That they could do nothing for me since in was already in transit. She said that she could not contact UPS and that I could not speak to a supervisor. UPS told me that Finish Line would need to call with a intercept order but Finish Line already told me that they would not contact UPS and that they would not forward my complaint, problem, or issue to a supervisor. Bottom-line up front, they provided me with a worthless system with no hard drive and then refused to refund my account after returning it to them. At first they appeared to be a positive company. We brought an extended warranty from Dealer Warranty Activations being told it was a bumper to bumper warranty. When we went to use the warranty in May of this year we were told we did not have coverage for the repairs. I purchased a mattress in July, 08 from you. You sent out an adjuster who clearly stated the mattress is defective but it had 2 small yellow stains on it. I can find no such stains, easily brushed them off-looked like chalk, and I want a second opinion. If the mattress is defective within 8 months, stains or not it needs to be replaced or I want my $1, 035.00 credited to my account. This individual is a nightmare. I gave him an advance for a garage screen door 2-1/2 months ago and still it has not been installed. I have an old auto loan with wells fargo which were sent to sentry credit for collections. Well I've made several payments to this agency, and wanted to setup a settlement. I contacted sentry credit and was told by a so called supervisor they cant settle for the amount im asking.
