I encountered endless problems with the use of Cabot Products to initially stain and then to remove the Cabot failed stain and refinish. Much correspondence with their tech department ensued. At the suggestion of the local paint store I requested the Cabot area tech look at the job for on site evaluation. It's been almost one year since I signed my wife and myself up for simultaneous "Top Gun" flights through Incredible Adventures . This company has called me twice, regarding a bill which was paid by workers comp. in full. My attorneys called both hospitals, and all have been paid. They never, NEVER, answer any calls. I purchased (4) of the Douglas GT 215x65x16 tires on 3/23/09. I drove the car home and found that the external noise from the tires is excessive. In reviewing the consumer report I found that is have been a chronic problem with the tire for a long period of time. I recently submitted paperwork to have my mortgage refinaced with my mortgage company for a lower rate. After providing proper paperwork, I also told the Wells Fargo that I do have a second mortgage. Contractor's brother (Jonathon Partiel) claimed to have his own team. He subcontracted the work to another small company and charged 250% more, when the actual contractor (David Partiel) never stepped foot on my property. I purchased several food items from the Jack in the Box in Page, Arizona on Sunday evening August 9, 2009. The amounts posted on the drive-thru displays and the amounts charged were different on several of the items. When I asked the drive-thru cashier if a mistake had been made, she replied that the manager charges more than the displays. She stated that there is nothing she can do about it. I've been a good credit card customer with Bank of America for over ten years. Never made a late payment or went over the limit and still have very good credit scores.
