The HP 42" plasma TV went black but you could still hear sound. I called HP Technical folks and was informed that they found bad y sustain boards and depending on the serial number it would be replaced. When I gave them my serial number they said it was not on the list. Then they informed me for $629.00 they would take 3 attempts to fix the TV and if they couldn't, they would return $300.00. The Technical person assured me it was the y sustain board. I purchased a leather sectional delivered on 02/28/09. The furniture is already peeling and tearing up. A repairman has been sent out and needs to come back. I owned leather furniture prior to this. The contract I was givin by the agent from Summit Merchant. Did not have all the information inside it. As a result Summit Merchant withdrawed monies from my account. This was done without my consent or knowledge. When I called Summit Merchant I was told to I would have to cancel the account in order to start the refund process. We arranged for COIT to clean the carpets of a home we were moving into. We set up a meeting for an estimate. They cam out and gave us an outrageous price of 300.00 for a room, then said there were no guarantees though their company always guarantees. I pay over $300 a year for a "Worry Free" appliance contract. I was on hold for 30 minutes today to schedule an appointment for a broken dishwasher. The first available appointment is in almost 2 weeks! I will not re-new my service contract with them and I advise others to look for a different service provider. They don’t tell you when you sign up that most appointments take 2 weeks. Can you live for 2 weeks with a broken refrigerator? Or taking your wash to a Laundromat? I went into this urgent care when I was experiencing some lower back pain. When I first got there the staff seemed fairly nice and friendly. The first thing she told me was we do not accept any insurance here. I had to pay $145.00 up front before I could see the doctor which I thought was strange. So I did being I was in pain. My son was shopping at a Younkers dept. store in Michigan and signed up for a credit card. He used the card to receive discount on his first purchase. A few months later a phone call comes him telling him he owes over 100 dollars for his purchase. Every time the line forms all the tellers are leaving their stations, there is only a cop, and 5 other people who are standing by the door and giving out lollipops. Pathetic.
