Rolando Gomez runs the site. At the beginning when I paid $100 for lifetime membership I was able to upload photos. The site allows you to upload photos if you have a lifetime membership. The site has undergone a number of changes and upgrades. After these changes and upgrades I can no longer upload photos. I have talked about it on the site. I have contacted Rolando Gomez and he says he can't do anything. This is a fraudulent online company. I went to what appeared to be a legit CA DMV website, and this website was the company that was directly linked to it. I was trying to order my CA DMV driving records. The site looks very professional. They will ask for your personal information to be faxed (of course I did not fax it) but they charged my credit card the 25 dollars for the document I was ordering.
