I personally have never used this establishment, I was using the laundry service across the street. When the owner of this salon came out, cleaning the parking lot. I had quit the company almost a year ago. I recently noticed that I was charged. They had been sending me e mails but I thought it was just part of the tactics to bring you back. I suspect I have been charged for the year and I resent it. They make it very difficult to quit. I don't know to this day if I am truly off the rolls. On March 13 2011 I placed an order for a 3inch Black Diamond lift kit, 2 kc lights and a dropped pitman arm. Within that week I got the dropped pitman arm, ok cool. This company continues to call and demand that I send $146.06 to them or they will ruin my credit. They say I owe the money to Verizon. We have been trying to find our rebate since March and long behold the employee entering the information into the computer system spelt our name wrong. There is now a card being sent in the wrong name, which will make it hard for us to use it because most places check identification for the use of credit cards. This is a rental car ripoff par excellence! The online rental information makes it look like a real upfront operation with everything disclosed clearly for the consumer on the website. The problem comes when you go to pick up the reserved car and find out that the third party liability insurance they say is included in the price will cost you nearly more than twice the cost of the entire car rental!
