Dr. Gary Tylock is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. He didn't take my concerns or questions seriously. He seemed unfriendly and distracted. Over the last month I have been looking for space to put my studio and gallery... I drove by this warehouse district in Ft. Lauderdale called FAT Village, which apparently stands for Flagler Arts and Technology Village. East Point has managed our apartment complex since before I moved almost 10 years ago. In all these years I've never met one of their office staff ...only the inspection and repair crews that invade my home 6-10 times a year (different faces every time), with little more than 24 hours notice. I went to Vespia's on Rt18 in East Brunswick with a coupon I won for a free oil change. I was told that I needed: 2 new tires, my air filter was so dirty that I needed to flush the system, I needed new front and rear brakes totally over $1500.00. I refused all except replacing air filter. I took the car the very next day to the dealer and told them that Vespia said my brakes are 95% gone. I received a call from dealer that my brakes are fine.
