This man is a true slumlord. He lies, fixes nothing, and has know intentions to do so. First week moved in came from work and had a water bubble in the kitchen ceiling leaking from the bathroom. In the winter you have to seal the windows yourself. The basement floor is at least 3 inches from the base of the floor. I don't think anything has been done to this house since it has been built. I went there to see if there was anything they could do for me, I was told I was 100 miles over the warranty and that theres nothing they could do for me.
