My dog was seriously injuried at this dog daycare center in Austin. He was bit 12 times on his back lower and middle, by another dog, with deep puncture wounds by a pit mix owned by the owners Sonia and Tim. My dog got a serious infection in the puncture wounds and was in the kept on 24/7 watch at the vet's office for 2 months, and it took over one year for him to heal. He had 7 surgeries, and it cost me over 5, 000 dollars. Please be careful bringing your pup here, I have spoke with several other people that have had their dog harmed here. The show on CBS called "The Doctors" appears to be no more than an advertisement for various cosmetic surgeries. I just got billed 39.96 by Webstarts.com without any warning or notice. I had forgotten that I signed up with them last year on May 5, 2010. On April 6, 2011, I received notice that a deduction had been made from my checking account. After I bought a Blackberry, I realize the phone was coming from China. I know immediately, the phone might be refurbished or fake. When the Blackberry curve arrived, it doesn't charge. I changed a new battery and a different charger, the phone still doesn't charge. Wrote to customer service, got no response. Went on live chat, the CS only offered to send me another charger which wasn't the problem. When I insist I wanted to refund, they ignored me.
