I purchased my appliances for a new home from Mark(owner) of discount vaccum in late June of 2010. Told him I would be ready for them in early August. We rented a 30' Class C RV from ABC Motorhome and Car Rentals in early August 2010 for 2 nights/3 days. Tried to order as advertised on TV. Phone was automated and after giving credit card information(first), the telephone order turned into a nightmare. TV Ad misrepresented items that you receive for costs as advertised. After 15 minutes of telephone badgering, I did not know what I had ordered nor the cost, stated "Cancel" to the automated machine (which did not reconize that command). Old Republic Home Protection does not pay on there claims. I had a working A/C when I bought the property and I purchased the ORHP warranty. Shortly after I closed the property, the A/C failed. I had a Home Inspection Report that indicated that the A/C was working but Old Republic still refused to pay the claim siting that the claim was a pre-existing condition, Even though the policy clearly states that pre-existing conditions are covered. This heater, another cheap piece of crap made in China, stopped working in February; we bought it in October. Since Feb. 24, I have been given the runaround by customer service, saying variously that the part (fan motor) was on back-order, was not on back-order, that I would get it in two days, that I would get it in a week or ten days, etc. I still do not have the part, so I am giving up and requesting a full refund for the return of the heater.
