I ordered a product and was promised it would be sent as Signed Delivery. My money went out of my account, but no merchandise arrived. I used the contact form on the website to enquire - no answer, I called repeatedly - no answer, I e-mailed - no answer. I went to post office and explained I might have been ripped off and they kindly checked if I had any parcels waiting - there were none. In febuary I noticed a charge in my account for $50 so I called the number and it was for a mystery shopping job I signed up for over the Internet. Extremely Rude people that do not provide any customer service. Maybe it was just the persons we did deal with but our experience is extremely bad. When you deal with them I recommend to take down names so that you later can trace back the people that tell you statements that are not trough. The water bill that I receive from this company is completely wrong. The bill states that the last meter reading was 2/20. It has always been current, which would be 3/20. With the the meter reading being that far back, I can't verify that the meter reading is right. I disputed a meter reading previously and now they are doing this. HIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a dvd box set and what I received was a knock off set of burned dvds that came from China. The dvds work, but the quality is not good. No where on their website do they tell you the product is not an original or that it is being shipped from overseas. I suggest you spend the extra money to get the real deal from a legitimate store. Be warned that if you do order from them, you won't be able to return the item if you have opened it, so if you end up with a crappy version of what you thought you were getting, you are stuck with it! read full review »

I purchase a motor home via craigs list on 3/15/11. I have completed the forwarding of all of the sale sproceeds and now they have refues to deliver the vehicle. I attended a time share with a company in the summer and for my time was compensated with a Spirit Travel voucher for a cruise and associated airfare. I recently purchased a vehicle for the first time online from ride safely. I did not realize what a scam they are. I bought a 2009 BMW 328i with 2253 miles for $18, 000. The car looked perfect on the picture with minimal dent to the left door. It stated previous repair/savaged. I shipped my JVC camcorder as per the instructions contained in the link below. Customer service called a couple of weeks later and said I would have to pay $200 (more that I paid for the camcorder new). I refused and they said they would scrap the unit and not resell (sure). I only used the camcorder for ~10 hours total as it spent most of its useful life in my drawer. I live in South Florida. Young man came to door. Said he was raising money for his sports team. I gave him a check for a two figure amount ( under $50). Six weeks later when my check cleared the bank the check had been changed to a three figure amount to over $500.00. Very good forgery. when i ordered direct tv/qwest package, i was not told i locked into a 24 mo. contract. when i cancelled the service because it wasn't all they said it was, i returned the equipment, and actually received a $54.00 check. months later, i received a bill from qwest, stating i owed them $338.00 for a disconnection fee.
