I purchased the TV at a grand opening of Circuit City on Crosskeys Rd. Sicklerville, NJ. In July '04 we purchased the Kenmore Washer at Sears based on Consumer's Reports recommendations and the dependable "Kenmore" name. Well, 3 years and 3 month later the washer stops at spin cycle and since it's a front loader (never buy one of those again) I can't even get my items out of the washer. My debit card was used so the purchase of $4.87 and then for $89.95 was taken directly from my checking account. They took the money I had been saving for my son's shoes. In the 4 months I have had a Mastercard with WAMU/Providian I have been fed mis-information every time I called and was not able to pay my balance, because they kept insisting I had no balance. I'm disappointed in my cards because of several reasons. First, the color of the background of the card is a peachy pink not bright pink like on-line. Second, you can't really read the words on the business card because you can hardly see them. Heidar Baba restaurant serves Persian cuisine but two things stop me from ever going back One, their service is terrible, slow, and their servers don't smile nor do ask how the meal is going. I am writing you about the most unpleasant and disappointing experienced I have ever had at a grocery store. On October 13th I received two $25 Vons/Safeway gift cards for my birthday. UPS CANADA is good in making and faking tracking details. It always claim fault on customer side when delivery is delayed. No one cares, and no one is willing to help me in a timely manner. I recently repainted my kitchen with its nearly new Aristokraft kitchen cabinets (less than 3 years old). To mask, I purchased Scott's painters tape at Home Depot. When we pulled the tape off, off came the finish from the sides of 8 kitchen cabinets. I now have a kitchen full of cabinets that have at least an 1" streak of missing "paper veneer" that apparently is used to cover the sides of all kitchen cabinets. Nothing is solid wood anymore. In a recent trip to the Jockey Club in Las Vegas (Sept. 28, to Oct. 5) the construction in and around the place is extensive. The construction (building twin towers; City Center) basicly goes on 24/7 and the noise from the construction can be plainly heard during the night and day. In January, 2007, I purchased a new Dell Dimension E521 desktop computer via telephone. The machine was sent with Windows XP 2000 installed and, as agreed, I was sent Microsoft's Vista upgrade later. Upon installing the Vista program, all sound disappeared from my computer. After 10 months of wrangling, I have reinstalled Windows XP. Even though both products were new and should have been workable, both companies showed minimal interest in helping. However, both agreed to assist if I agreed to pay hefty hourly fees. Old Oak Bible Church in Middleburg Heights has several wedding packages available. The woman running the place is LAURA BUTLER. We have deemed her "The Wedding Nazi" because she is so demanding. I booked my wedding 16 months in advance and promptly provided a deposit. Two weeks later, she told me she misread her calendar and had to cancel my wedding.
