I just purchased Stacy Kellams's new launch product "Tax Sale Arbitrage" and it is a blatant plagiarism of another course by established real estate professionals. Do not order any DVD from this website...The quality is terrible, one DVD I ordered does not play at all and the other one paused off and on while running. The sound is also not good. We noticed a LDC monthly fee from OAN Services of 8.23 per mo. since Frontier bought out Verizon. We called and disputed these charges as we already had a LDC carrier outside of Verizon for years. These disputed charges totaled $49.38 which included Frontiers late fee . I have emailed Frontier four (4) times and no response. I still have not heard from either companies or received a credit from either of them since 10/27/2010. This slamming charge plus late fees now total $62.64! My fiance bought me my engagement ring from kay's. I had it on for 3 months when one day at work i lost my diamond. Several years ago, we purchased a set of 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warrantee) from McKenzie’s Performance Products, a shop specializing in off road parts and equipment. The salesman said should they ever fail, return them for replacement. The 2 front shocks failed. We went to McKenzie’s, and the manager refused to honor the warrantee. He said they do not do warrantees. So we contacted Bilstein directly. They immediately sent out 2 new shocks.
