My family purchased a total of 5 Color Nooks from B&N over the 2010 holiday season. Approximately May 2009, I had damage to my roof from a storm. I contracted Storm Damage Specialists to repair my roof. I gave them approximately 2, 300 dollars to begin work. To this date, March 2011, they have done nothing. I asked for my money back and Jim Kennedy said he didn't have the money and would have to make payments. Parked my car at client parking lot and they towed my car because it was left after hours. Contacted client and they did NOT call Buckwild to tow car. I am very disappointed with this laptop. I bought it to use as a desktop, however I found this to be impossible. This laptop is pron to overheating. The fan for the CPU is not nearly enough to cool the processor. The sensors used for the touch-pad are too sensitive so you could have your wrists rested on the sides next to the touch-pad and it will cause the mouse to move. I don't know what the deal is with Santander. We went through a bankruptcy and Santander let us pick any car we wanted. Interest was low compared to other banks. We had a problem with the first payment(gave wrong info by mistake) and the payment was denied. We fell 3 days behind before we realized what happened.
