I THOUGHT I was ordering tickets fron Sade's official website. It turned out to be ConcertTour.org. I Googled them and didn't find out anything bad about them so I relaxed a little. Please BEWARE of this company. Not only were the floor installations botched and butchered, they were then ruined with irremovable glue/adhesive stains everywhere by these incompetents. I called them to have them fix our water heater which broke down yesterday. First off, they will try to charge a “dispatch fee” of $80 just for sending someone to your house. The CSR I spoke with told me that she would waive the fee because I was a new customer. The tenants upstairs kept playing music at night. It can be any time between 12 am to 6 am. Lookes like they didn't sleep or on some night shift. It was loud enough to keep you awake. I told the manager so many times to warn them. Every time, the manager promised they'd talk to them. But after that, the tenants upstairs were still the same way.
