I started working w/ Solid Oak Marketing to imprint Schelling State Farm Agency ad on the back side of t-shirts to be given to Eisenhower High School at football and basketball games. I submitted my payment to them on July 2, 2010 and it is now January 20, 2011 and STILL have not recieved my product. I have tried to contact them several times and got excuses on how they were waiting on a third party company to get the shirt imprinted. As of January 6th the contact # for Solid Oak Marketing was disconnected. I then sent an e-mail and got no response. The Paul Younane neckline slimmer that I bought in June of '09, broke, at the base on Jan. 20, 2010, and there are no replacement parts for it. Shipping and handling fees almost equal the cost of the merchandise, so buying a new one every other year is unacceptable. Springhouse Window and Door, Paoli, PA did a window replacement job for me recently at over $5, 000. They installed new sash on top of a rotten frame and didn't bother to let me know about the rot. I had to try to have it repaired after the installation of the new sash. It would have been so much easier to repair the frame rot while the old windows were out - before the new windows were installed. They were totally unapologetic. I received a call on my cell phone stating that it was a Mr. Johnson from United Legal. He was a 'Special Investigator' and someone had filed a complaint against me! I was to call this # in San Antonio 210-280-8071 and a claim # and then to use the prompt #3 to find out what it was about. The call I answered was from a 'Private Number'. On 11/12/2008 my husband and I attended a presentation conducted by Vacation Ventures. We were told the horrors of trying to sell or rent our existing timeshare. We paid them a total of $3, 410.00. to transfer ownership to them. They offered to transfer ownership of the timeshare to Vacation Ventures. Ebay buyer beware. I purchased a simple faucet from these people who have Ebay stores under the name Best Choice Products and Sky Billiards. After it was installed, we discovered that the faucet was defective because it contained a cheap "O" ring that was insufficient to carry water pressure.
