My son went online with my credit card and went into a free website (or that is what it said) I just got my visa bill and there are six billing charges which were never ordered and the names of the companies are NVCHARGE, NEWVENT LTD. for a total of $157.46 Canadian funds. Having tried numerous times to call this company to cancel after the trial period it is apparent that they do not answer customer calls. The monthly cost charged to my credit card is over and above what this product cost in a local health food store would be. I cannot get through to any person and the frustration level about the lack of accountability from the supplier is appauling. we actually were having a pretty good time till the bill arrived. Our 1/2litre of sangrea cost $18, which was fine We ordered an additional glass each. When the bill came it was $20 for the two glasses. hmm, $18 for a half l and $20 for two glasses. Myself and 3 friends went to All Star Wings and Ribs on November 18th, after playing hockey. We ordered ahead as we get there 5 minutes after the kitchen closes. POOR QUALITY FURNITURE We purchased white cribs for our twins and I must say that the finish on them is terrible. They scratch incredibly easy and further to that we purchased the mattress frames from Concord for the 3-in-1 crib and I'm not joking when I opened the box to install it, the metal frames, yes metal frames were as crooked as the owner. Be careful of this operation, they used to have a good name and I've noticed a huge change in their attitude and quality of product. The water heater started leaking on Friday, was noticed on Saturday when after running the tap for more than 5 minutes, did not get hot water. He then said that he is waiting on them to receive the wire since it was an international transfer, but to start with he said the supplier was in Ohio. My name is Shelley Tryon. I have been buying caramilk chocolate bars for years because of how good they are. For the past 2 weeks I have been have issues with the chocolate bar rapper. Every time I go to open the chocolate bar the package is actually glued to the chocolate bar, making it so you cannot even eat the bar. Because of the glue on the chocolate bar there is a lot of the paper glued on the rapper. I buy the chocolate bars daily and I really hope the problem gets fixed because my 10 year old daughter got very sick because of the glue. Please fix this problem before other kids get sick to. We were able to unpack the beautiful flowers and arrange them for the wedding on saturday. This "business owner" and his "boutique" needs to pack up and quit. Sales reps are churned, not paid, and generally abused. All sales magically turn into " house accounts" (ie no commissions need to be paid to the rep. ) If you ever see this fellow, Iqbal Manji, aka Bali. RUN don't walk. Save you sanity.
