I ordered some shoes from them. After received my money, she never get online, never reply my emails. Before that, she was so kind and very nice. The owner name is Alina which the one who talked to me over MSN (as Chinese company always do). Actually, I don't want to talk in this board about this since she was so nice to me. This company sells fake merchandise to customers. I bought a pair of shoes from this company, supposed Supra Terry Kennedy shoes, and they were absolute knock-offs. The websit is the same as the store that I bought my DVD from which is a scram. The TV series are recorded directly from a TV station. Some of the DVD are bad and would even play. Good luck try to contact the customer service. Did not reply to my email or phone number appear in my statement. DHGate is agent for China vendors: you place order with DHGate, they hold $ in escrow until product received, then Chinese vendor gets paid. If not happy, you're supposed to get your money in escrow back. Sorry, not today booby. You may get part of it back, as I did.
