The Smartcard Machines located at Andheri Station - East, always have one or two strangers using the same. It has been noticed they pose as Railway staff or some authority given to them by the Railways. They try to assist and help passengers when there are long queues, but at the sametime it has been found there is some foul play by these people. Today(10-2-2010) i travelled from villivakkam(nathamudni bus stop) to CMBT Bus Stand in M48C bus I took 4.00 Rupees ticket from the conductor. Checking happened in CMBT during 8.45a.m to 9.00am. They told this ticket is not for this bus. I told them i gave 4.00 RS and got the ticket. THey told the serial no of my ticket is varying from the conuctors ticket set. I argued them lot. I received the car after one and half month on 3rd Feb 2010, but I received VXI model and I have to pay 30000 extra money as well and if I am waitnig for the LXI model then I have to wait another one month. the following are the list of shortcomings:
1. very poor delivery of LPG cylinders againt bookings going to 30 days or more from the date of booking, causing great inconvenience to single connection customers

I am a customer of Indane Gas Service, Shanti Indane, Palam, New Delhi - consumer no. 16061.
I had requested for delivery of Gas Cyllinder on 28th Jan, 2010 against booking no. 14046 by calling on 1260.
The cyllinder has not been delivered yet and no-one picks the phone at Shanti Indane (011-2505668/25052152). Also, previously when they delivered; they used to stole approx. half of the Gas.

I went to Concorde motors, Dairy circle, Bangalore and booked a Indica Vista on 21st od Jan making a down payment of Total cost - Loan amount which was 81000 Rs. I was given a delivery date as 6th of next month. They said, there is no waiting period as such from concorde but its the time that will be taken by bank to process the loan hence 6th.
