I bought a Maruti Suzuki Baleno in July 2005. One month back my care was not running as normal. On taking it to the Service Center i was told that the crank shaft has broken. The meter reading was 50,000 km. With the latest technology, the engines are not required to be open before 1.5-2 lac km. I am not able to understand how a car which has run only 50,000 km and has a broken crank shaft. I feel Maruti Suzuki has a long way to go to compete with the other brands available here. They really seem to be a local brand.
I would recommend everyone to think twice before buying a Maruti Suzuki car. I am really disappointed with Maruti Suzuki. read full review »

First complaint was made on 7. 11. 2007 regarding non sending of password.
Even after repeated requests I havent received the password and
excuses given were:
door locked
inability to regenerate password
Due to above reasons I have to per force contact my local broker to

Recently booking for refilling LPG cylinder of HP Gas over telebooking line 1716 from my residence has become very difficult. Whenever I try to connect 1716 from my residence I get response "due to some technical problem I am unable to process your request. We apologise for your inconveniance". I reside in Salt Lake area in Kolkata. My gas distributor is TBK Enterprise (03325545343). I had bought Motorolla C350 mobile in year 2003. Now i need to change its battery. Even after 2 months of waiting, the service center (Trivandrum) isn't able to provide the battery. Their response - this model is stopped by motorolla, and spares not available - looks totally pathetic. Technology is changing rapidly, but is that an excuse to leave the poor customers, at the mercy of the unilateral change of models by the company. read full review »

They promised to deliver the wardrobe with in a week time. But they failed to deliver the same and he went there quite a number of times. I had booked for a cylinder on 29/10/07 and my office is just four km from the service provider's office. Its more than 25 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, BHAVANI ROAD, HEBBUGODI, BANGALORE- 560099 (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

I have purchased 1.0 ton onida split Ac two year back. But the compressor is not working now. I have complained in sept, 07, at Thane Service Station (Maharashtra) the service man came and told me the commpressor have to replaced. Compressor replacement garuntee is for 5 years.
He told me that you have to pay Rs. 2700/- for Gas Refilling & other charges. I agreed. But till now every time I phone them they tell me you will get replaced in two to five days. I have phoned them as many as 20 time and I still get the same reply giving... read full review »

I order for refilling of cylinder on 05/11/07 vide order no.31 against my consumer no.3855. But till date I have not favoured with the refilling gas cylinder by the M/S SHRI VIGHNESS INDANE, Housing Board Colony, Dhanbad,Jharkhand.
However this type of occurance happened to me several times previously.
Previously booked on 24/09/07 delivered on 18/10/07, booked on 18/06/07 delivered on 12/07/07 .

Insurance policy no:- icici20111 dated 25/10/2007 has not been approved/recieved till date. No response is being provided regarding the same for my free insurance claim provided by hp for 1 year. No support has been provided from hp redemption cell inspite of all the documents via email as well as hardcopies through courier and legal formality for registration of my notebook has been completed. No commitment has been shown by the person incharge. Claim being provided while purchasing the notebook are not been followed after the purchase. Sufficient actions need to be taken.
