I was holding HDFC credit card, using that I made a mobile phone purchase on 9/10/2005 for 6 mont his EMI. But I got the statement only in November stating that I need to make the payment immediately, usually every 28th of the month payment should be made. My Acquaguard water purifier is under Annual Maintenance contract. I am mking complaints to all levels in Eureka forbes at known no. including the local Agent to whom they further sub-letted the contract, nobody seems to be concerned to address to the complaint. Last complaint was made on 20-09-2007 at 011-39883333 as the local Agent phone was out of order or did not take the call probably due to their mechanic being on leave, still I informed the mechanic on his mobile phone. I have purchased tata indigo dicor on 30/03/2007 through jasper industries, vijayawada, andhrapradesh.i had been facing few teething problems from the first service onwards. I had purchased the 29" KY Thunder Color TV in the year 29.03.2003. It had a warranty for 4 years, but just after the warranty period the TV went blank. But When called up the hutch customer care they are saying something different by different people. Miss. I booked Swosti Plaza (4 Start) hotel in Gopalpur, Orissa for my vacation in last summer. The room charge for AC Deluxe room was Rs. 2250/- per night. As per Nokia guidelines I have sent an SMS on 5555 giving my battrey No. : 0670400363563 N377513103808. I have sent the SMS giving my mailing address also. I have sent the SMS 1 month before. Even after 1 month still no one has come from Nokia to replace the battery as promised by Nokia (that they will replace it within 8 days of complaint). I terribly disappointed by Nokia services.They just do not keep their words. Now, I have no other option other than to buy a new battery or to buy a new mobile set of some other reliable company.
