Please no one should ever go for BAJAJ ALLIANZ vehicle insurance. They have horrible service, worst customer call center that i have ever come across. People please think twice before u go with this insurance. They will not provided you any help when you are actually in need of. My two wheeler insurance was expiring and for 3 days i tried through their site, called up their toll free number where people are just not bothered to help you. Hi, I purchased membership of Gold Crown Vacation Pvt. Ltd affiliated with RCI in February 2009 and paid complete amount by December 2009 (in Lacs) but till today I did not received my membership card (from RCI) and thus unable to use facilities/services as promised by company while selling membership. Also, I am getting tired and frustrated by calling company so many times and receiving the same comments that I will get card by next month, which did not arrived till date. Three years of investment in the scheme resulted in huge loss. No dividend over three years, and the absolute value of the capital was eroded by about 20%.
