This company is a big thief. This company has reached the TOP by stealing my money from my VISA card that was expired. How they do that ?? I am a Realtor with RE/MAX Coastal properties in Wilmnington NC, . I did a referral with Kenneth Faustin in Aruba. My clients went down there and bought a condo from his office. Closed the deal aug. 2008 and to date I have not recieved my commission check. My Broker sent emials to him and he kept saying he was sending the money per wiring instructions we sent.. Never came ...Now he is gone from Remax and the buyers agent he gave my buyers too has RE/MAX and she got paid on the deal. She will not pay me the referral either. Having spent a great time on the island in the low rise district, our vacation ended with a pretty bitter note yesterday. What happened? In order to return the rental car at Aruba airport, I followed the rental return sign on the right lane, ending up right in front of the Alamo office. I parked in a parking sport in front of the blue colored parking lots for disabled people. I booked our honeymoon in Aruba and decided to stay in the tradewind section of the Mariott. When I arriving we explained that we were on our honeymoon and would like a quiet room. We were instead summerged between to families that had kids that woke up at 6am. This would have been fine if the walls were not paper thin and I couldn't hear everything that was going on as I lay in bed in my own room. As of 8/21/08 I was telephoned that the realtor (remax) sold my timeshare units and would receive payment approximately 10/21/08. Since that time the realtor became associated realtors. Since 11/08 I have been emailing about payment. Excuses, changes in email (which I tracked down), meetings, illnesses, etc. as a delay tactic. Recently no reply to my emails, or telephone call.
