unfortunately you have to reach these points and make it published a claim that should not have these Connon, I asked a few patterns and 3 cd's from this company Aug. 31, my order came two weeks after checking I realized that I was two packages of patterns and the 3 cd's, of course I made my claim and after the second complaint on 16 September ... wrote to me telling me that the order had been sent in two packages ... I bought what was supposed to be an authentic football (soccer) jersey that 'supposedly' had come directly from the soccer club itself and another t-shirt, from a company that trades online as www.BoliviaMall.com. Nearly a month later and after at least three emails and three phonecalls to this company an envelope arrived that i had to sign for. So once signed for i opened it, it contained only half my order there was no sign of the second shirt whatsoever. Avoid this company. You will not be paid for work carried our, in progress or completed. Employed consultants in La Paz, Bolivia often endure not being paid for many months. Excuses given are no receipt of payment from the client. Sweat shop tactics are evident here and in practice here. The President of the company is a North American citizen. If he had a team of consultants doing this work and located in the United States, he would not get away with it.
